New decoration elements for yacht Chatham (1741)
I am continuing my work on creating decorative elements for sailing ships. This time, it’s a small sailing yacht from the mid-18th century in the Georgian style (George II period).

I’m making these elements for a cardboard model from Shipyard, but their shape differs – the entire deck section and the hull sides are different. Considering that this yacht was rebuilt multiple times, this is not surprising.
The set will consist of side galleries, stern decorations, and a figurehead in the form of a lion. So here are my references. I cleaned them up using AI neural networks, and here’s what I got:
